Latitude is dedicated to environmental responsibility and sustainability, something that we have built from our foundation and essential to the beauty of our pearls and the world they live in.

We recognise that the utmost of care and responsibility comes with our pearl farm. We are sensitive to our impact that is why we collect our pearls by hand, limiting the impact to their home and thanks to the enduring support of our team and the local community our pearl beds are healthy and flourishing.

For over a decade, we have been working tirelessly to protect and preserve the environment and the pristine waters of our Island home. We have removed a huge 80 tons of rubbish from the Abrolhos Islands since 2011. Initially starting as a project to simply ‘do good, give back and take care of the place where we grow our pearls’, the Flotsam and Jetsam initiative quickly developed into what it is today; not only collecting rubbish annually but having local artists transform it into works of art.
